> Is M4PConverter legal?
Yes. M4PConverter does not bypass any copy protection. It uses Virtual CD-RW tech to simulate the whole procedure of Burning/Ripping/Encoding automatically, so it provided that the user is legally entitled to listen to the music.
> Does M4PConverter support converting M4P to MP3?
Yes. M4PConverter can convert any music formats to unprotected MP3 file.
> Will the quality of the piece of media be lost?
The quality of the piece of media will not be lost. M4PConverter uses .ogg or .lame with adjustable bit rates.
> Does M4PConverter work alone?
At present, M4PConverter need to work with Apple iTunes. M4PConverter need the burn CD function of iTunes to start converting music files.
> Do I need specific hardware?
> Can I use my Mac while I'm converting?
Yes. However, this is not recommended, since your CPU usage will be very high while M4PConverter is converting music files.
> Is M4PConverter opposed to the music industry?
No. M4PConverter is not opposed to the music industry. On the contrary: M4PConverter supports the music industry by making online music offers even more attractive.
> Why I cannot use M4PConverter to convert my purchased music to MP3?

> I am in the trial period of using M4PConverter and when I convert iTunes music files it do not capture the whole song. Why?
Trial version only converts 3 minutes of a music at most. After having Purchased, the full version will eliminate this limitation.
> Why iTunes keep asking me to insert a blank Disc when I click "burn" button to convert music files?
Please check if you have run MAC M4PConverter application. It should have run before you burn your playlist to the virtual CD burner on your iTunes.
> Can I convert music file without media player software?
The current version of M4PConverter can only work with iTunes. M4PConverter needs its burning function to convert music file.
> Does it effect other CD burning programs from burning to physical discs?
The Virtual CD Burner is separated from the physical CD burner and will not affect any CD or DVD burners you have installed.
> Is my order secure?
Our e-commerce partner has an order process that is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet.
> How soon will I get the product after I place my order online?
You will receive the registration name/code to unlock the free trial version immediately after you place your order online.
